RingJone Tutorial

Press the “Select MP3 File” button and load up an MP3 file.
It will start playing. When you get to the point in the file you want your ringtone to start (e.g. the start of the chorus) press the “Snipit Start” button, when it gets to the end of the section you want for your ringtone, press the “Snipit End” button.Test it by pressing the “Play Snipit” button.

Chances are, the snipit could so with starting a tiny bit earlier or later.
The starting point can be adjusted with the “10 < > 10” buttons beneath the Snipit Start button.
The < button moves the starting point one “frame” earlier.
The > button moves the starting point one “frame” later.
The first “10” button starts the Snipit 10 “frames” earlier, the second “10” button starts the Snipit 10 frames later.

You probably need to repeat this process for the “Snipit End” position – which is done using the “10 < > 10” buttons beneath the Snipit End button.

It can take a few seconds to get the Snipit start and end points exactly where you want them as one “MP3 frame” is a very precise amount of music, but the difference between taking those extra few seconds to get it spot on sounds amazing.

Once you’re ready to save click the “Next >” button and enter a name for the new file.

If you need an MP3 ringtone, that’s it you’re done.
If you need this ringtone for an iPhone, you also need to follow these steps.
